The Collier Road Rise Park loft conversion is a nine-metre-long hip-to-gable transformation completed on a semi-detached bungalow. Designed to maximise space in every possible way, the project benefited from the client’s flexible approach, allowing us to introduce bespoke design features that elevate both functionality and value.

A standout element of the design is the walk-in, walk-through wardrobe, paired with a matching walk-in, walk-through shower room. This layout creates a seamless flow through the space while delivering a striking modern aesthetic. The shower features concealed controls, an LED-lit niche, and a thoughtfully positioned exit near the towel rail, combining practicality with luxury.

The interior design follows a cohesive, contemporary theme, with matte black doors and fittings throughout, complemented by warm beige tiling. LED feature walls were incorporated around both the walk-through shower and wardrobe areas, enhancing the architectural feel and creating visual interest.

Although currently used as a walk-in wardrobe, the layout was intentionally designed to qualify as a second bedroom, increasing the property’s resale value while maintaining an open and uncluttered living environment. The sleeping area is discreetly positioned, offering privacy and a calm retreat.

To maximise natural light and ventilation, black-framed French doors were installed, opening the space and allowing air to flow freely. The loft is further enhanced by a large open-plan gallery landing with a bespoke niche, as well as floor-to-ceiling glazing to the gable end, finished with sleek black cladding.

The result is a bright, spacious, and highly contemporary loft conversion—one that stands out as a showcase project, combining modern design, clever planning, and exceptional attention to detail.
